About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Configuration Specialist – Order-to-Cash (OTC) to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA OTC capabilities across sales order management, pricing, fulfillment, billing, returns, and customer service. You will partner with Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Technology teams to deliver effective solutions that improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue realization. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in SAP OTC processes, SAP SD, pricing, ATP, billing, and Salesforce integration while contributing to business transformation through automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and support SAP Order-to-Cash processes and solutions across the business.
  • Design and configure integrated OTC processes including customer master, quotations, sales orders, pricing, ATP, fulfillment, billing, returns, and customer service.
  • Participate in business transformation initiatives that improve customer experience, order execution, and revenue realization.
  • Provide functional expertise across pricing, billing, order management, delivery processing, returns, and customer service capabilities.
  • Support Clean Core principles and SAP best practices within the OTC landscape.
  • Collaborate with Commercial Operations, Customer Service, and Technology teams to define requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Support SAP-Salesforce integration requirements covering lead-to-order, quote-to-cash, customer synchronization, pricing, and order visibility.
  • Contribute to data, integration, reporting, and analytics solutions that enable end-to-end order visibility and performance measurement.
  • Work closely with technical and delivery teams, participate in solution discussions, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement using automation and AI-assisted approaches.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of SAP experience with hands-on configuration experience in logistics execution, warehouse management, and transportation management.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) including inbound, outbound, warehouse execution, physical inventory, stock transfer, and warehouse monitoring processes.
  • Strong functional knowledge of SAP Transportation Management (TM) added advantage
  • Experience integrating SAP EWM and SAP TM with SAP MM, SD, and Inventory Management processes.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, rollouts, or enhancement projects.
  • Experience working with carrier integrations, logistics service providers, EDI interfaces, and transportation execution processes.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP configuration solutions.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with experience supporting complex logistics and transportation processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across global cross-functional teams.
  • Experience supporting testing, deployment, cutover, and post-go-live stabilization activities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% as business needs require.

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and SAP integration scenarios.
  • Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), APIs, middleware, and integration technologies.
  • Knowledge of SAP Customer Experience (CX), SAP BRIM, and OTC process optimization is a plus.
