Graduate Engineering Opportunities
Depending on your interests, skills, and career aspirations, you may be considered for opportunities such as:
Process Engineer
Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products while ensuring quality, efficiency, safety, and scalability.
Quality Engineer
Drive product quality and reliability by leveraging data analysis, testing, problem-solving methodologies, and continuous improvement practices to exceed customer expectations.
Product Development Engineer
Develop and test innovative technologies and product solutions by combining technical expertise, creativity, and customer-focused thinking.
Mechanical Design Engineer
Design, model, and validate mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD tools, simulation software, and engineering best practices.
Automation Controls / Design & Automation Engineer
Design, program, and implement automation systems and controls utilizing PLCs, robotics, sensors, vision systems, and other advanced manufacturing technologies.
Rotational Program
Opportunities may be available for graduates through a structured rotational program.
Pay and Benefits:
- $82,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (non-California locations)
- $98,400.00 - $120,000.00 per year (California locations, including California cost of living adjustment)
- Factors considered in extending an offer within this pay range include, but are not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Employees whose designated work location is in California will be paid within the California salary range, which includes the applicable California cost of living adjustment
Minimum Qualifications
To be eligible for consideration, candidates must:
- Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree from an ABET-accredited engineering program.
- Have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027.
- Be majoring in one of the following disciplines:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Aerospace Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technology
- Chemical Engineering
- Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Fiber Engineering, or Textile Engineering
- Biomedical Engineering or Bioengineering
- Packaging Engineering
- Robotics Engineering
Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
- Strong understanding and application of engineering fundamentals.
- Technical curiosity and initiative that drive learning and innovation.
- The ability to prioritize, initiate, and successfully execute projects.
- Effective collaboration and problem-solving skills within diverse teams.
- Sound judgment and analytical thinking when evaluating technical challenges.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
