About the Role
We are looking for a Global SIOP Process Excellence Leader is accountable for establishing and governing world-class planning processes, systems, data standards, and capability development across Gore Fabrics and will be led by the global SIOP Leader.
This role is accountable for designing, deploying, governing, and continuously improving the Gore Fabrics SIOP operating model. This role establishes standardized planning processes, governance, business cadences, decision rights, and planning capabilities that enable one integrated business planning process across the OpCo.
The role serves as the process owner for SIOP and acts as the deputy to the SIOP Leader, providing leadership for strategic initiatives, capability development, and business transformation. This leader partners closely with the Data CoE to enable SAP, Anaplan, and digital planning capabilities that support standardized, scalable, and data-driven planning.
This position will be located at our facility in Elkton, Maryland with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Pay and Benefits:
- $180,000 - $210,000 per year
- Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Lead SIOP business process operations and serve as strategic advisor to the Global SIOP Leader
- Own the Gore Fabrics SIOP process design, governance, and operating standards
- Design, deploy, and continuously improve standardized planning processes across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and SIOP governance
- Lead deployment of the Gore Fabrics SIOP transformation roadmap and planning maturity journey
- Partner with the Data CoE and Digital to define business requirements for SAP S/4HANA, Anaplan, and future planning technologies
- Ensure planning processes are effectively enabled through ERP and planning systems
- Develop global planning standards, training, onboarding, and capability development programs
- Support executive decision making through governance, process discipline, and organizational alignment
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Information Systems, or related field
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in SIOP, Integrated Business Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Business Transformation, or Process Excellence
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying global planning processes within complex manufacturing organizations
- Proven experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives in global matrix organizations
- Experience establishing governance, KPIs, operating rhythms, and business process standards
- Hands-on experience with Anaplan or comparable advanced planning platforms
- Deep knowledge of Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, Capacity Planning, and Executive SIOP processes
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA planning processes and ERP-enabled supply chain operations
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive alignment without formal authority
- Strong project management, facilitation, organizational change, and communication skills
- Ability to travel up to 20%
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Experience leading Business / SC or Integrated Business Planning transformations
- Experience implementing SAP planning capabilities and supporting digital supply chain transformations
- Experience building global process organizations and CoEs
