About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect – Logistics & Warehouse Management (LWM) to join our Global Capability Center in Bengaluru, India. In this role, you will lead the architecture, design, and transformation of SAP S/4HANA warehouse, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment capabilities. You will partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technology teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve inventory visibility, warehouse productivity, fulfillment execution, and operational performance. The successful candidate will bring deep expertise in SAP EWM, MM, IM, and warehouse processes while leveraging automation, analytics, and AI-enabled capabilities to drive business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern solution architecture across SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management domains.
• Design integrated processes spanning inbound logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment, shipping, and customer delivery.
• Lead business transformation initiatives that improve inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, and fulfillment performance.
• Serve as the architecture lead for SAP EWM capabilities including inbound, outbound, inventory control, replenishment, and shipping execution.
• Drive Clean Core adoption and architecture governance across logistics and warehouse solutions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Technology stakeholders to align capabilities with business objectives.
• Define integration, master data, reporting, and analytics strategies supporting end-to-end warehouse and inventory visibility.
• Lead integration with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), warehouse automation technologies, and external logistics partners.
• Provide architecture leadership, mentor teams, and guide solution decisions using SAP best practices and AI-assisted engineering approaches.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering SAP logistics, warehouse management, or fulfillment solutions.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architect, Lead Architect, or architecture leadership roles.
• Deep expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Logistics & Warehouse Management (LWM), Materials Management (MM), and Inventory Management (IM).
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA transformation or implementation programs.
• Experience designing integrated warehouses, inventory, logistics, and fulfillment capabilities.
• Experience architecting end-to-end warehouses and distribution processes.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and warehouse technologies.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
