About the Role
We are looking for a Product Innovation Lead to join our Electronics Venting team. In this role, you will lead customer-validated product concepts through the innovation and new product development process, helping turn differentiated technologies into commercially successful products. This role offers the opportunity to influence future growth platforms and shape products from early concept through commercialization.
This role is located at one of our facilities in the eastern cluster with the possibility of a hybrid work arrangement.
Pay and Benefits:
- $140,000 - $170,000 per year
- Roles above $150k are eligible for the variable pay program each fiscal year, based on defined business performance metrics.

Responsibilities
- Develop customer-validated product concepts with differentiated value propositions and clear commercialization pathways
- Translate customer, end-user, application, and market insights into product requirements, priorities, and decision criteria
- Lead product concept development through the new product development process, including validation, fit-for-use determination, and launch
- Build and communicate business cases that define customer value, competitive positioning, commercial potential, assumptions, and risks
- Partner cross-functionally with Innovation, New Business Development, New Product Development, Product Management, Product Ownership, Application Engineering, and Sales to advance product opportunities
- Validate product direction through voice-of-customer activities, market research, competitive benchmarking, and external challenge
- Influence strategic customers, end users, and standards groups to shape product direction, adoption, and market relevance
- Communicate product strategy, progress, decisions, and risks clearly to technical, commercial, and leadership stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related technical or commercial discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in global product innovation, product development, new business development, product management, or application engineering in technology-driven industries
- Demonstrated experience converting customer, end-user, application, or market insights into documented product requirements and value propositions
- Experience leading new product opportunities through validation, development, or commercialization milestones
- Ability to assess technical feasibility, fit-for-use, product performance, commercial risk, and business trade-offs using data and evidence
- Experience facilitating cross-functional decisions with technical, commercial, customer-facing, and leadership stakeholders
- Ability to communicate product strategy, recommendations, risks, and next steps clearly in written, verbal, and presentation formats
- Ability to travel up to 20% both internationally and domestic
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building business cases, including market opportunity, customer value, competitive positioning, revenue potential, and key assumptions
- Experience working within a formal innovation portfolio or new product development governance process
- Experience with venting, electronics and automotive or other performance-critical products and industries
