Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global and/or regional digital content strategies that align with marketing campaigns, brand positioning, and business objectives.
- Own the translation of campaign strategies into scalable content frameworks, defining messaging architecture, content structures, and channel activation across the full customer journey.
- Act as the regional content authority, ensuring consistency, quality, and effectiveness of all digital content across markets, while adapting for local nuances where needed.
- Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution, directly creating, editing, and optimizing high-impact content (web, landing pages, email, social) when required.
- Create, edit, and optimize content for AI searchability, including structured data, semantic keywords, and natural language patterns.
- Collaborate with SEO, digital marketing, and product marketing teams to ensure content is discoverable, engaging, and relevant across channels.
- Conduct content audits and gap analyses to improve discoverability, engagement, and thought leadership.
- Oversee agency and external partner relationships, including briefing, quality control, feedback, and performance management to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Measure content performance using analytics tools, in-app engagement, and AI content intelligence platforms; provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Mentor content creators, writers, and regional marketing teams in digital content best practices.

- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across global teams, digital channels, and regional stakeholders
