Clinical Specialist Field (f/m/d) - Remote

Wir suchen einen Clinical Field Specialist zur Verstärkung unseres peripher-venösen Teams in Deutschland / NRW, der sowohl klinische Fallunterstützung von peripheren vaskulären und endovaskulären Verfahren durchführt, sowie für den Ausbau und Aufbau des interventionellen und offenchirurgischen Marktes verantwortlich sein wird.
Es handelt sich um eine Remote-Position, bei der Sie von Ihrem Home-Office aus das Gebiet bereisen können.
Aufgaben:
- Langfristige Betreuung und Ausbau des Netzwerks zu Meinungsbildnern (KOLs), Phlebologen, Gefäßchirurgen, Angiologen, interventionellen Radiologen und Hepatologen
- Technische und medizinische Unterstützung von Ärzten und OP-Teams bei venösen Eingriffen
- Strategische Identifikation und Gewinnung neuer Venenzentren, Phlebologie-Kliniken, radiologischer Institute und gefäßchirurgischer Abteilungen in Deutschland
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebsteam zur Identifikation von Wachstumspotenzialen im venösen/TIPS Markt
- Pflege- und Ausbau vom Bestandskundengeschäft
- Neue Marktchancen entwickeln
- Durchführung von praxisnahen Produkttrainings, Workshops und Hands-on-Schulungen für medizinisches Fachpersonal
- Teilnahme an internationalen und regionalen Kongressen
- Verantwortlich für das Lesen von CT-Filmen, die Fallplanung, die Devicegröße und -auswahl
Erforderliche Qualifikationen:
- Fundierte Erfahrung in der klinischen Fallunterstützung oder dem Vertrieb im Bereich venöse Therapien, Phlebologie, interventionelle Radiologie, hepatologie
- Proaktiver Arbeitsstil, starke Eigenmotivation und Selbstorganisation
- Idealerweise ein bestehendes Netzwerk zu Unikliniken, Venenzentren, phlebologischen Praxen und Kliniken mit Schwerpunkt Venentherapie/ TIPS
- Kommunikationsstarke Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation, Empathie und der Fähigkeit, komplexe interventionelle Verfahren sicher im OP zu begleiten
- Reisebereitschaft und Teilnahme an Kongressen und Meetings in Deutschland und international
- Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Gültige Fahrerlaubnis
- Reisetätigkeit ca. 75%
