About the Role

The Project Manager will lead and deliver complex programs and transitions within the Global Capability Center (GCC). This role is responsible for end-to-end project execution, transition management, governance & reporting, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, cost, and quality expectations.

Responsibilities

Project Execution & Delivery

Lead end-to-end execution of multiple projects and programs, Define project scope, objectives, milestones, timelines, and success criteria , Manage dependencies, risks, and issues across workstreams , Ensure adherence to delivery methodologies and governance standards, Drive continuous improvement in project delivery and execution practices

Transition Management

Plan and manage transitions from onshore, vendors, or other locations to the GCC, Own transition plans including knowledge transfer, readiness, and stabilization , Coordinate with SMEs, business stakeholders, and external partners, Track transition KPIs such as readiness, KT completion, risk closure, and sign-offs. Ensure smooth handover from transition to steady-state operations

Governance, Reporting & Metrics

Establish and run project governance frameworks, Prepare and present regular status reports, dashboards, and KPIs
Track progress against scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risks, Provide clear, data-driven updates to leadership and stakeholders, Maintain project documentation, RAID logs, and lessons learned

Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement

Act as a primary point of contact for business and IT, Drive alignment across global stakeholders and cross-functional teams, Facilitate decision-making, issue resolution, and escalations, Lead monthly governance and review meetings with senior stakeholders

Monthly Reviews & Cadence Management

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent communication,
  • Analytical, and presentation skills,
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Working knowledge of Project Management Tools such as Jira, Confluence and Strong understanding of Transition & Change Management methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented with strong planning, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities, and PMP / PRINCE2 / SAFe / Agile certification preferred
  • Budgeting
