About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service / Inside Sales professional to join our Medical team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this role, you will play an important part in supporting the growth of Gore Medical in Brazil by helping ensure customers, hospitals, and business partners receive responsive, high-quality support. You will contribute to commercial execution through quotation management, order coordination, and operational support while working closely with teams across the business to help bring innovative products to market and ultimately support better patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer and distributor inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses
- Prepare, issue, and actively follow up on quotations, pricing requests, and commercial documentation to support conversion to sales
- Coordinate with field teams, hospitals, and distributors to ensure product availability and case readiness
- Manage order entry and execution in ERP systems, including standard and consignment flows, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Support the full order-to-cash process, including invoicing, documentation validation, and issue resolution
- Monitor open quotes, pending orders, and documentation gaps, proactively driving resolution to avoid delays in revenue recognition
- Manage product movements, including transfers, returns, and traceability requirements, ensuring compliance with internal systems
- Maintain accurate records in business systems and support reporting and visibility into sales pipeline and operational performance
- Partner across business functions to resolve issues, improve processes, and ensure seamless execution
- Support compliance with the Quality Management System and applicable regulatory requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance responsiveness, efficiency, and customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Support, Inside Sales, or Order Management within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry
- Fluency in English and Portuguese, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sense of urgency
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across business functions
- Customer-focused mindset with strong ownership and accountability
- Experience managing quotations, order follow-up, and commercial documentation tied to revenue execution
- Experience with CRM tools and hospital quotation portals
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience supporting remote teams and working in cross-functional environments
- International or cross-cultural experience
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the medical device or broader healthcare industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, International Trade, International Relations, or Economics
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as Oracle JDE, SAP, or similar platforms
This position offers a remote work arrangement in the country from which the Associate is employed. Eligibility is dependent on the responsibilities of the role and business needs, and the Associate must agree to comply with Gore’s work arrangement policies.
