Who We Seek

We're seeking a project/program manager who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to translate vision into execution.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll lead the day-to-day management of complex projects, helping ensure work is aligned, adopted, and delivering real business impact.

You'll work directly with client leaders and cross-functional teams to bring complex work to life. If you're collaborative, proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguity, and energized by turning ideas into measurable outcomes, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

Turn Strategy into Action

  • Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, milestones, and success measures.
  • Align stakeholders on goals and outcomes while identifying risks, dependencies, and organizational impacts.

Lead Delivery

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of complex, cross-functional projects from initiation through completion
  • Build and maintain project plans, governance, and team rhythms to keep work on track.
  • Coordinate across disciplines, including change, communications, creative, learning, technology, and organizational talent.
  • Manage project financials, including forecasting, hours, invoicing, and gross margin.

Drive Engagement & Results

  • Build strong client relationships, keep stakeholders aligned, facilitate key decisions, and track progress toward business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery through AI, tools, and new ways of working.

What Will Help You Succeed

  • Ability to connect big-picture strategy to execution with strong planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting, and financial performance while keeping client business goals in focus.
  • Ability to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to bring clarity and guide decisions.
  • Experience coordinating and guiding cross-functional teams with a collaborative mindset, accountability, and follow-through.
  • Willingness to grow into the role, specifically:
    • We’d expect that in months 1-6, this role will look most like learning the project management function at TiER1.
    • In subsequent months across the first year, this role will look most like transitioning from project to program management.
    • As the first year wraps, this role will look like strategic leadership.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasting and financial performance
  • Experience in consulting or cross-functional environments preferred
  • Proficiency with tools like Smartsheet, Jira, or MS Project
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects, including planning, stakeholder coordination and delivery
  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and teams
