We are currently looking for a talented Finance Operations Associate to join our team. This role will support our financial responsibilities and various operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our facilities and processes. The ideal candidate will be a key point of contact, ensuring efficiency and transparency in all transactions while maintaining the integrity of our operations.

What will your day-to-day look like?

You will split your time & attention to the following:

  • Handling and owning the day-to-day operations of CRM / ERP platforms.
  • Owning core finance and operational processes end-to-end (purchase orders, expense processing, payments, collections and subscriptions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance.
  • Recording income and expenses; reconciling receipts, payments and monthly purchase orders.
  • Supporting monthly closing activities, including reconciliations across bank accounts and legal entities, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Working across multiple legal entities and banking relationships, ensuring consistency and accuracy of financial and operational data.
  • Identifying inconsistencies, missing data or errors and proactively resolving or escalating them.
  • Maintaining organised digital and physical financial and operational records.
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for internal and external stakeholders (management team, accountants, vendors and partners).
  • Owning the day-to-day management of company tools, subscriptions and access rights, ensuring they are up to date and properly managed.
  • Supporting basic asset and hardware tracking and coordination.

Who are you?

Maybe you have an academic background in Finance, Economics or Accounting but degrees were never important to us. What matters is having the right mindset and 2-3 years experience in operations finance and/or accounting. For you, being surrounded by invoices and expense reports feels like home. You can handle accounting platforms and internal databases even with your eyes closed.

This role goes beyond bookkeeping and sits at the intersection of finance, operations, and the day-to-day engine of the business. You may need to make presentations, so proficiency in English is a must.
