We are a cross-functional team of 50 experts working across geographies to drive radical transformation through design thinking and hands-on problem-solving. We are currently looking for a talented Junior Motion Designer to join our growing makers tribe and help bring our storytelling and creative communications to life through smart, modern motion design.

💪What will your day-to-day look like?

Due to our lean structure, you will be working closely with REBORRN’s makers’ tribe, taking an active role in motion and visual content creation for both internal and client projects.

What you’ll be doing:

• Bring stories to life through motion design and animation.
• Edit and assemble footage, graphics, and sound into polished final videos.
• Choose the right music to elevate the mood and narrative - and apply just the right touch of sound design to enhance the emotional impact.
• Team up with strategists, consultants, designers, and illustrators to bring ideas to life across both client work and internal initiatives.
• Confidently show your work to clients or the team and bring the charm to handle feedback (even when you need to push back with a smile).
• Support the production of high-quality motion design for presentations, campaigns, and explainer videos.
• Help evolve our motion design capabilities and expand into new formats and techniques.

You’ve spent some time working in a similar role before. You may have been a motion designer, a video editor, or a multi-skilled creative working as a freelancer or at a studio. What matters most to us is what you can bring to the team.

The key thing we need from you:

• Show us your motion work. Send us a link to your portfolio, reel, Behance, Vimeo, Instagram - anything that showcases your animation, editing, and storytelling skills. Impress us!

Your portfolio should effectively showcase the following:

• You have 1–3 years of experience in motion design or video content creation.
• Proficiency in After Effects is a must.
• You are actively curious about AI tools (like Runway, Sora, Midjourney, Veo, Pika, etc.) for motion and creative production.
• You are familiar with Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma.
• You possess strong musical and rhythmic understanding for emotional impact. Able to create basic sound design to complement visuals.
• Experience or interest in 3D motion design (Cinema 4D, etc.) is a plus.
• You are a fast learner and have a “can do anything” attitude.
• You are curious by design. You always try to find better ways to make things work.
• Just as you are a master of your craft, you are a master of your time and schedule. You’re autonomous and work well under tight deadlines.

We’re hybrid by design. You’ll collaborate with team members across Europe and join important in-person sessions - client moments, design sprints, and REBORRN rituals or working sessions in our office in Athens.
