We are looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 / Viva Engineer with strong hands-on experience in deploying and developing Viva Connections, Viva Amplify, SharePoint News, and SharePoint Communication Sites for large organisations.

The ideal candidate should have experience building custom Viva Connections cards and working with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and Adaptive Card Extensions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and support Viva Connections and Viva Amplify across large enterprise organisations.
• Design and configure SharePoint Communication Sites and SharePoint News functionality.
• Build and customise Viva Connections cards based on business requirements.
• Develop custom cards using:
• Quick Views
• Card Views
• Adaptive Card Extensions (ACEs)
• Develop and customise solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot and optimise Viva and SharePoint solutions in enterprise environments.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience deploying Viva Connections and Viva Amplify in large organisations.
• Detailed understanding of SharePoint News functionality.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Communication Sites.
• Hands-on experience building Viva Connections cards.
• Experience developing custom cards using Quick Views, Card Views, and Adaptive Card Extensions.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx).
• Experience working with Microsoft 365 enterprise solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience with other Microsoft Viva solutions.
• Experience with enterprise Microsoft 365 governance and administration.
• Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments.
