Mindera is looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with strong expertise in Terraform and hands-on experience building and managing infrastructure in Microsoft Azure.

This position requires 3 days per week on client site in London.

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and manage infrastructure in Azure using Terraform and related tooling.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure-as-code modules that enable repeatable, secure, and scalable deployments.
• Build CI/CD pipelines to automate infrastructure provisioning, testing, and delivery.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to improve system reliability and performance.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and ensure high availability and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Partner with developers and architects to embed reliability, scalability, and security into system design.
• Contribute to SRE practices including capacity planning, error budgets, and incident response.
• Document processes, runbooks, and best practices for infrastructure management.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven hands-on experience deploying and managing Azure infrastructure (e.g., AKS, Azure Functions, App Services, VNets, Key Vault, Storage, etc.).
• Strong proficiency in Terraform (including modules, workspaces, state management, and Terraform Cloud/Enterprise).
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, and IAM principles in Azure.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of containers and Kubernetes (preferably AKS).
• Scripting experience (Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Go) to support automation.
• Understanding of SRE principles: SLIs/SLOs, error budgets, chaos testing, and incident management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
