As an Engineering Manager at Mindera, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our engineering team, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions for our clients.

You will play a key role in driving the growth and development of our team members, providing mentorship and guidance to help them reach their full potential. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management and design, to define project goals, requirements, and timelines.
