We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join the fintech team to lead product development for our client's technology modernization program. This role is crucial for driving the strategy and execution of new features and improvements to support the company's modernization goals. This is a unique opportunity to define and own a suite of fintech products from inception to launch and scaling the products.

We're looking for a candidate who's passionate about financial products and technology, including innovation of new features and functionalities.

The job holder must have strong initiative and self-motivation to add value, while being comfortable working with ambiguity and leading a team to build world class products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own, Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Solve problems that customers traditionally face in the home-buying process.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform product decisions.
• Oversee detailed product specifications, backlogs and delivery of features that enable us to maximise-value
• Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure successful and timely product launches.
• Build core features Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Communicate product updates and progress to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within the product team.
