Mindera

Marketing & Communications
London, UK
Posted on Mar 15, 2024

Mindera is a young and fast growing technology services business of 1,000+ talented people across multiple locations worldwide. We have a unique people-first culture which is continuously evolving and would love for you to join us. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing & Communication Specialist to join our Team. This position will play a key role in scaling our internal and external marketing programs and communication strategy. At Mindera we enjoy a self-organized structure where we empower people to make the role their own and you will have the freedom to focus on the areas you are most passionate about.

As a Marketing & Communications Specialist you will operate across the business creating and delivering business and marketing communications plans and overseeing and managing the marketing spend. We love our brand and by joining us, you will be an ambassador of our brand strategy and represent our brand’s voice, ensuring alignment of key messaging, tone of voice, visual identity and ultimately strengthening and protecting our reputation in the market. You will have a knowledge base of market trends and previously acquired strategies and tactics to help advise and guide colleagues on campaigns that best represent the needs of the different business areas and/or verticals. We know that our network is our net worth and that is even more true in the marketing area, so external stakeholder management, including building relationships with our client base, will be key to promoting us. And of course, measuring success is key, not because we love to see presentations, but because it will allow us to improve.

This role offers hybrid working with a minimum of three days a week in the office in central London. Flexibility is required for national and international travel according to projects/organizational needs, anticipated at approximately 2 to 3 days a month.
