ABOUT THE ROLE

At ET Group, we're committed to excellence in AV operations, and as an AV Instructor, you play a vital role in client satisfaction, ensuring that clients fully understand and can effectively utilize the installed equipment to meet their project objectives.

With a focus on precision, professionalism, and continuous improvement, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AV solutions to our valued clients.

Proficiency in AV technology and bilingual skills in French and English are essential to provide comprehensive support.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Delivering interactive training sessions, either on-site or virtually, and acting as a Subject Matter Expert to address the client’s or participants’ questions or concerns.

• Ensuring the clients’ training needs have been met.

• Providing client feedback to the Project Manager or other pertinent roles.

Qualifications

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Knowledgeable in the use and back-end management of AV technology.

• Proficient in video conferencing software and applications, including Zoom, MS Teams, Webex, and Google Meet.

• Dedication to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, manufacturer training, and certifications relevant to the role.

• Ability to obtain required security clearances and confidentiality agreements.

• Flexibility in work hours and locations based on client requirements, with travel to various job sites and locations as needed.

• Bilingual in French and English, highly proficient in both speaking and writing.

• Annual salary range: 65-75k CAD per year.
