Job Description

At ET Group, we're committed to excellence in AV operations, and as a member of our Production team, you play a vital role in ensuring seamless installations, impeccable service, and unparalleled client satisfaction. With a focus on precision, professionalism, and continuous improvement, you'll be at the forefront of delivering cutting-edge AV solutions to our valued clients.


  • Knowledgeable in the use and back-end management of AV technology, including Crestron DM/NVX, Biamp Tesira, Cisco codecs / video conferencing systems, wired and wireless microphones.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting methodologies
  • Dedication to maintaining up-to-date knowledge of new technologies, manufacturer training, and certifications relevant to the role.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities while maintaining high standards of performance and professionalism.
  • Physical capability to lift (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods. Ability to work at height and regularly climb and work on ladders.

  • Competitive salary: co-op students 50k per year; graduates with no previous experience: 60k
