Job Title : Senior Mechanical Engineer（Equipment）

Job Overview:

Responsible for new equipment design and development, old equipment upgrades, assistance as machine/technical expert for commissioning and after-sales issues, and can provide forward-looking suggestions for the direction of equipment development. Flexible thinking, not a serial thinker, innovative ability, good at studying and understanding cutting-edge technologies, not afraid of difficulties and welcoming challenges

Required Skills:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation (mechanical focus) or closely related majors.
• 7-10 years of related work experience.
• Experience in multi-cultural work environment preferred.
• Excellent Chinese expression and communication skills;
• Some English speaking, reading and writing skills preferred
• Skilled in using Solidworks or similar software;
• Skilled in operating computers and using Office software
• Self-confident, love design work.
• Skilled in using common metal and non-metal materials, as well as corresponding surface treatment methods.
• Understand common mechanical processing methods, and know how to improve workpiece performance and save costs by changing processing techniques during design.
• Skilled in using servo, screw, linear bearing, linear guide, cylinder and other components, as well as other common automation standard parts, and has a deep understanding of when to choose which combination.
• Be familiar with the control principles of electrical and software, and can communicate proficiently with electrical engineers and software engineers.
• Those familiar with the electronic ceramic industry or are themselves practitioners in the industry, and familiar with the production process characteristics of electronic ceramics are preferred.
• Familiar with ISO9001, CE, UL standards is preferred.
• Good organizational skills - must be able to manage several projects efficiently;

Desired Qualification:

• Complete equipment solutions, internal quotations, detailed designs, guide installation and debugging, and assist in after-sales problem handling according to customer needs.
• Independently complete the structural design of the complete machine, 3D and 2D drawings, BOM organization, etc.
• Independently complete local structural upgrades, and can independently design experiments, validate and modify related components.
• Can guide the production of equipment assembly and debugging.
• Can guide after-sales to solve on-site problems, and if necessary, work with after-sales to solve problems on the customer's site.
• Finite element analysis can be conducted on the structure of the equipment, and based on the analysis results, the performance of the equipment can be improved.
• Can improve the structure and production process of equipment based on their own work experience. Good at solving problems through experimental design, experimental verification, data analysis, and other methods.
• Assist in BOM’s creation, ECN’s creation, Work Instruction creation, & Process Flow creation;
• Assist with the failure mode and effects analysis process (DFMEA);
• Determine and investigate design alternatives;
• Issue Engineering Change Notice (ECN) and change hardware, software, calibrations, brackets and packaging accordingly;
• In charge of parts substitution, part changes, owners manual, system replacements;
• Perform bench and production hardware/software checkout;
• Complete other work arranged by the leader.
