About the role

We are looking for a team member who will be responsible for the reliable operation of our network infrastructure. The role includes active participation in development, automation, and improvements, as well as advising internal teams on network and security solutions.

Less than half of your time will be spent on operational work and user support. The rest is dedicated to development, improvements, and automation, driven by team needs and real challenges in the environment. You will collaborate across teams, influence technical decisions, and make practical use of AI tools for automation, analysis, and process optimization.

Key tasks and responsibilities

• Managing and ensuring stable operation of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Independently resolving complex connectivity issues and providing user support.
• Designing and improving network architecture.
• Advising teams (e.g., development, production) on implementing simple, secure, and efficient network and security solutions.
• Network security management and system monitoring.
• Introducing automation and process optimization (scripting, tools, workflows).
• Leveraging AI tools for automation, log analysis, and process optimization.

Required qualifications and skills

• 5+ years of experience in a comparable role.
• Solid knowledge of network design and management.
• Strong understanding of network and security concepts.
• Familiarity with operating systems: Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience with automation (e.g., scripting or similar approaches).
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other teams.
• Willingness to continuously develop skills, particularly in cybersecurity, automation, and DevOps.
• Fluency in spoken and written English.

You’ll stand out if you have experience with

• Network and security solutions (e.g., pfSense, Fortinet, FortiEMS, ZTNA).
• Windows Server / Active Directory / MS Entra.
• Linux server administration and automation (e.g., Ansible).
• DevOps practices (CI/CD – GitLab, Artifactory).
• Cloud environments (Azure).
