Looking for a job that's genuinely rewarding and makes a real difference?

Our lovely #TeamKinross are looking for a caring, patient and fun-loving *female to join their friendly team, supporting an amazing young lady to live independently and enjoy the things she loves.

No two days are the same! You’ll help with everyday life, socialising, hobbies and getting out into the community — from horse and animal lovers to walks, gardening, knitting, music, shopping, films and plenty of chats and laughs!

About you

You don’t need previous care experience — we care more about who you are and the values you bring. Full training and support will be provided, including a funded SVQ qualification.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Kind, caring and compassionate
  • Patient, positive and reliable
  • A good communicator with a sense of humour
  • Creative and willing to try new things
  • Comfortable using a computer
  • A genuine animal lover — there’s a much-loved cat in the household!

A full driving licence would be great, but it’s not essential for the right person.

The hours

11 hours per week, usually one shift per week, which may include a sleepover. Weekends and public holidays are shared on a rota.

Sleepovers are paid an additional £107.60 each on top of your contracted hours.

Shift Patterns

This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to make a real difference while doing something meaningful.

You’ll also receive:

  • Funded qualifications & ongoing career development
  • SSSC registration and PVG fees paid
  • Up to £500 towards driving lessons
  • No uniform - wear your own clothes
  • Employee discounts, including shopping, cinema, holidays & gyms
  • 24/7 employee support
  • Long-service awards & colleague referral bonuses

If you’re kind, dependable, love helping others and fancy a role where you can genuinely brighten someone’s day, we’d love to hear from you.

Apply today - we can’t wait to meet you!
