Our amazing Ronaldsay team in the Milton area of Glasgow are looking for a new colleague to join them on a permanent part-time (25 hours per week) basis. We also have relief opportunities too if you're looking for something a bit more flexible.
No previous experience? That's ok! If you’re caring, positive and willing to learn, we’ll give you everything you need:
- Paid training from day one
- Funded SVQ qualifications (SCQF Level 6/7)
- PVG and SSSC fees covered
Meet your future team
You'll become part of a friendly, warm, supportive team, providing support to three gentleman with complex support needs in own homes.

The gentlemen also have their own mobility cars, so if you're a driver with at least a years' experience on the road that would be preferred, but it's not a deal breaker for the right candidates.
Shift patterns
Your hours will include early mornings, days and evenings. Sleepovers, public holidays and weekends would also form part of your work schedule on a rotational basis.
Sleepover hours aren't included in your contracted hours, so you will be paid £107.60 for each sleepover worked.

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy.
