Join #TeamDrum in Dunfermline as a Support Practitioner. We have full-time, part-time and relief options available.
No previous experience is needed; if you're caring, compassionate and willing to learn, we'll provide all the training and support you need.
Meet our team
You'll be joining a warm, supportive team who provide support to four incredible ladies with profound and complex needs in their shared home.
This is much more than a job, you'll build meaningful relationships, celebrate achievements, support independence, and help create memorable experiences every day.
Whether you're supporting one of the ladies to prepare a meal, achieve a personal goal, enjoy a favourite activity, or simply feel heard and understood, you'll play an important part in helping them live a full and valued life. From arts and crafts sessions to days out and even alpaca visits, no two days are ever the same.
The ladies communicate in different ways and will take time to get to know you, but the trust and relationships you'll build makes this one of the most rewarding roles you could ever have.
Reasons why you'll love this job
- You'll make a real difference in people's lives every day
- You'll build genuine, meaningful relationships
- You'll be part of a supportive and welcoming team
- You can bring your own personality to work and be yourself

We're looking for people who are: -
- Caring, patient and compassionate
- Positive, reliable and keen to learn
- Good communicators who enjoy working as part of a team
- Organised and confident using basic computer systems
A full UK manual driving licence would be beneficial, as the ladies have access to their own mobility vehicles, but this is not essential.
