Support Practitioner
Cornerstone Community Care
Are you on the look out for a rewarding new job packed satisfaction that you'd struggle to find anywhere else? We've got just the opportunity for you!
Our amazing #TeamSlighean in North Lanarkshire are now on the lookout for caring, compassionate and flexible colleagues to join them as a Support Practitioner on a permanent basis.
About the Role
We provide a variety of support depending on each young person’s needs and aspirations. Some of the people we support attend college, where our team provides assistance during the day. Others live with their families, and we support them throughout the week to enjoy activities they love from swimming and going to the cinema, to exploring sensory rooms and other community opportunities.
We also support one young person who lives in their own tenancy with 2:1 daytime support and overnight care. Our role includes helping them maintain their home, develop new life skills such as cooking, and access the community in ways that build confidence and independence.
No two days are ever the same!
