Shift Patterns
This 16 hour post would involve working one all day shift per week which would include a sleepover. Weekends and public holidays would form part of your rota on a rotational basis.
The sleepover part of your shift isn't included in your contracted hours, so you will receive an additional £96 for every sleepover shift you work!
The Role
You'll be joining a small, friendly team who supports an amazing gentleman who has Autism and lives in his own home. There's never a dull moment and no two days are ever the same.
You'll provide support with all aspects of daily living including cooking, meal planning, housework, finances, prompts with medication and shopping. He is a very active person, so we will also need you to be enthusiastic and creative about supporting him with his hobbies and interests which include swimming, boccia, baking, walking, gardening, discos, days out and going on the occasional holiday.
About you
You don't need experience or qualifications to start your career with us, we recruit on values and transferrable skills. We'll pay you for your training and even fund your SVQ qualification and yearly SSSC registration fees too!

Successful candidates will be required to join the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme and be committed to working towards an SVQ in Social Services and Healthcare with the support from our Training Academy. We will need you to register with the SSSC within 6 months of starting your employment with us.
