Job description:

[Preferred: 5+ years in Growth roles, exposure to IT industry]

Turn strategy into revenue, building the pipeline. You’ll be closest to the pipeline, sharpest at sourcing leads and fastest to close revenue.

Key focus areas

CW Global GTM Strategy · Demand Gen · Enterprise, PE & Channel Sales · Enterprise Software Product GTM (Storymetrics AI, Qbit Orchestrator)

What you'll do

  • Set go-to-market and sales strategy, including channel partnerships region by region, and drive it to outcomes.
  • Build the inbound and outbound revenue engine, and mine existing customer accounts.
  • Drive adoption of Storymetrics AI 2.0 and the AI SDLC Orchestrator, and land logos.
  • Squeeze ROI out of SEO/LLMO and marketing spend.
Must haves
  • Mid-senior GTM leader who has owned revenue end to end, from campaign to closed deal.
  • Exposure selling software products and services to enterprise accounts, across the globe, more than one region.
  • Comfortable carrying a monthly revenue number (scaling toward 3x) and a qualified-lead target every month.
  • Built and iterated on go-to-market and sales strategy, not just executed a playbook.
  • Enterprise software product-sales, with exposure to selling tech products/platforms.

Good to haves
  • Experience selling AI-native or SaaS products into enterprise buying committees.
  • Comfortable being the person who writes the eBook and closes the deal it generates.
  • Working familiarity with SEO/LLMO as a growth lever.
