You’ll be a product thinker and participative leader — sensing needs, articulating the why, and moving ideas to working software. You’ll be closest to the customer, clearest on the vision and fastest to turn ambiguity into a plan the team can run.

What you'll do

Work with business, product, design, and tech leaders to sense needs, mirror ideas, and articulate the why, what, how, and when. Be the single point of contact between customer (demand) and team (supply) for everything from requirement elaboration to delivery. Run design-thinking workshops with senior executives. Drive scrum ceremonies — sprints, retros, backlogs. Estimate effort, shape delivery roadmaps, and define milestones. Orchestrate cross-functional teams, mentor other POs, and build client relationships that deepen over time. Capture innovations and lessons back into the Codewave community.

Must haves

4 – 5 years of experience in product ownership. Ability to work closely with business, product, design, and tech leaders to understand and articulate requirements. Strong facilitation and communication, including with senior leaders and clients. Proven Agile/Scrum delivery — sprints, retros, backlog management. Stakeholder management as the single point of contact, mitigating risk and holding team dynamics. Project planning across estimation, roadmaps, milestones, and release plans. A participative leadership style — you inspire teams, you don’t command them.

Good to haves

Familiarity with current tech, including cloud and edge, and able to articulate the technical shape of solutions. Budget management and reporting to clients. Planning non-dev activities like usability testing and deployment. Thrives in a flat, ego-free, talent-over-titles culture.
