This is a full-time 12-month engagement for an experienced Oracle Engineer who is passionate about enterprise HR technology, cloud transformation, and delivering high-quality solutions in collaborative environments.
What you’ll be working on?
We are partnering on an enterprise-scale HR transformation initiative focused on optimizing and securing Oracle Human Capital Management solutions.
The project involves designing, implementing, and enhancing Oracle HCM Cloud capabilities to support critical HR business functions, improve system security, and ensure seamless integrations across enterprise environments.
You will work on Oracle Cloud HCM products with a strong focus on:
- Security configuration and governance
- Core HR implementation and optimization
- Migration and integration with legacy PeopleSoft HCM systems
- Improving scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency of enterprise HR platforms
- Supporting modernization initiatives within Oracle Cloud ecosystems

Your Role
As an Oracle Engineer, you will take ownership of Oracle HCM-related solution delivery, configuration, optimization, and support.
You will work closely with Camplight engineers and partner stakeholders to design robust Oracle HCM solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and business alignment.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Configuring and optimizing Oracle HCM Cloud environments
- Designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Security solutions
- Supporting and enhancing Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules
- Working with PeopleSoft HCM systems for integration, migration, or coexistence strategies
- Troubleshooting complex technical and functional issues
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
- Ensuring adherence to best practices for Oracle Cloud architecture and security

Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud
- Strong relevant experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Security
- Strong relevant experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR
- Relevant experience working with PeopleSoft HCM
- Experience across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM products
- Experience with Oracle HCM configuration, implementation, and optimization
- Strong understanding of enterprise HR processes and systems
- Experience troubleshooting Oracle HCM functional and technical issues
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud security models, role-based access controls, and governance practices
- Experience collaborating with enterprise stakeholders in delivery-focused environments

What does the interview process look like?
1. Initial Interview
We’ll start with a friendly 45-minute cultural and technical interview. Two members of our team will assess your cultural fit, past experience, Oracle expertise, and discuss your ideal work environment.
2. Technical Deep Dive
You can choose between two options:
Homework Assignment: If there’s a match, we’ll provide a brief assignment designed to take around 2 hours to complete. This will be followed by a 1-hour technical discussion and deep dive into your solution.
Live Technical Session: If you prefer not to complete homework, we’ll schedule a 2-hour live technical deep dive focused on collaborative problem-solving and Oracle-related technical discussion.
Regardless of the outcome, we will provide constructive feedback to help you grow.
