We are growing fast and our next big adventure awaits in Sweden! We are now seeking a hands-on and entrepreneurial-minded Country Lead to spearhead our operations and growth in Sweden. If you're a self-starter with a passion for driving results and building a business from the ground up, we want you on our team.

As the Country Lead for Sweden, you are the driving force behind our local presence, responsible for hands-on tasks that range from sales and business development to customer engagement and market analysis. You play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our company in Sweden.

What You Get to Do:

🟣 Sales and Business Development: Roll up your sleeves and take charge in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Build and maintain a portfolio of key accounts, meeting and exceeding revenue targets with a hands-on approach. You will get lots of help and support from our sales team - you are not alone!

🟣 Customer Engagement: Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers. You'll be the face of Agileday in Sweden, ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and driving customer retention and advocacy.

🟣 Client Onboarding: Ensure our clients success by welcoming our Swedish clients on board. Together with our onboarding team you will help clients get going with our software.

🟣 Market Analysis: Guide our strategic decisions by conducting market research and analysis, staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
